We have always worked hard to provide customers like you with helpful technology to complement our familiar, hometown banking experience. And now, we are introducing an additional, exciting feature that will give you more banking options and longer hours—get ready for MCB’s Interactive Teller Machines(ITMs)!

ITMs, much like regular ATMs, allow you to handle banking business at your fingertips without going into a branch. But with an ITM, you have more functionality and the option of speaking to a knowledgeable MCB customer service representative. Our ITM agents are MCB employees, that are focused on providing outstanding service. With an ITM, MCB can assist you and/or your business banking agents with the following transactions: 

  • Deposits (Both checks and cash)
  • Check cashing
  • Cash exchange
  • Cash withdrawals from your accounts
  • Non-customer check cashing (with valid state issued ID)
  • Transfers between MCB accounts
  • Loan payments
  • Safe Deposit Box payments

ITMs are free to use, and will be available Monday – Friday from 7AM to 7PM ET. They will function just like regular ATMs when the ITM functionality is not available. Our regular ATMs are still available 24/7 to provide you with fast cash, transfers, and balance information. The next time you pull up to one of our ITMs, give it a try.
